After I graduated from the University of Rzeszow (the Faculty of Law and Administration) in 2004 I started my career at University of Rzeszów as an assistant in the Department of Administrative Science. I hold a Ph. D. from the Catholic University of Lublin (since 2008). Since then I have worked at University of Rzeszów at the position of Assistant Professor. I was a vice-dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszów from fall 2008 to the beginning of 2010.
I took part in an internship at the University of Wroclaw, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics (Poland) in October 2012, in a study visit at the University of California Los Angeles, School of Law (United States) in September 2015 and again in an internship at the University of Wroclaw, Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics (Poland) in October 2018. In April 2019 I visited the Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice (Slovakia) as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training Programme.
I teach in the areas of public management, administrative science and administrative policy. My research interests relate broadly to the forms of public administration activity, the boundaries of freedom of public administration activity and the quality of such activity.
I participated in many scientific conferences, including international, and co-organized the conference.
